Security architecture & data protection
01
Is NEX SNIPER safe to use?
NEX SNIPER uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all local data. Your private keys are never transmitted to our servers; they remain encrypted on your device. We conduct regular security audits and maintain a transparent open-source core for our execution logic.

02
How do you handle private keys?
Your private keys are encrypted locally using AES-256 and never leave your device. We use a zero-knowledge architecture — our servers orchestrate trade signals but never have access to your wallet credentials. You can verify this in our open-source key management module.

03
Has NEX Sniper been audited?
Yes. Our smart contract logic and execution engine undergo quarterly third-party security audits. The most recent audit was completed by a top-tier blockchain security firm and the full report is available in our documentation. We also run a bug bounty program open to the community.

04
What happens if NEX Sniper goes offline?
Your funds are always safe in your own wallet. NEX Sniper never has custody of your assets. If our servers experience downtime, pending trades are safely cancelled. Our 99.99% uptime SLA ensures minimal disruption, and we have automatic failover across 12 global nodes.

Wallet & Configuration
Setup, plans & multi-wallet management
05
Which wallets are supported?
We support all major Solana wallets including Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and Ledger hardware wallets. You can also import raw private keys or seed phrases for burner wallet setups. Multi-wallet management allows running unlimited wallets simultaneously on Elite tier.

06
Can I customize my sniping strategy?
Absolutely. You can configure slippage tolerance, gas priority fees, take-profit and stop-loss levels, maximum buy amounts, and token filtering criteria. Elite users get access to custom strategy scripting with our SDK, allowing fully automated trading workflows.

07
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from the dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All your configurations and wallet setups are preserved when switching plans.

Sniping Engine
Speed, detection & execution details
08
How fast is the Sniping Engine?
Our average execution latency is under 180ms from signal detection to on-chain confirmation. Elite users with dedicated nodes can see latencies as low as 45ms. We achieve this through geographically distributed validator connections and pre-signed transaction bundles.

09
How does rug-pull detection work?
Our AI engine analyzes contract bytecode, liquidity lock status, deployer wallet history, and social signals in real-time. If a token fails our safety checks, the swap is automatically cancelled before execution. This has saved users from over 15,000 rug pulls since launch.

10
What tokens does the Sniping Engine support?
The engine supports all SPL tokens on Solana. It automatically detects new token launches on Raydium, Jupiter, and Meteora DEXes. You can filter by minimum liquidity, market cap thresholds, and deployer reputation score to focus only on high-confidence opportunities.

11
Can I snipe multiple tokens simultaneously?
Yes. With multi-wallet support you can queue parallel snipes across different wallets and tokens. The engine processes each snipe independently with dedicated transaction slots, so one slow confirmation never blocks another. Pro users can run up to 3 simultaneous snipes, Elite users have no limit.

MEV Protection
Anti-sandwich, Jito bundles & routing
12
What is MEV Protection?
MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) protection prevents sandwich attacks and front-running. We route your transactions through Jito bundles and private mempools so that bots cannot see and exploit your pending swaps. Pro and Elite users get this protection automatically on every trade.

13
How do Jito bundles protect my trades?
Jito bundles allow your transaction to be submitted directly to validators as a sealed package, bypassing the public mempool entirely. This means MEV bots cannot detect your trade intent before it lands on-chain. We partner with top Jito validators to guarantee inclusion priority for Pro and Elite users.

14
Is MEV Protection available on the Basic plan?
Basic plan users route through standard public RPC nodes and do not receive MEV protection. To enable sandwich protection and private mempool routing, upgrade to Pro ($50/month) or Elite ($200/month). The Elite tier also includes Advanced Anti-MEV with multi-path routing for maximum safety.
